Good to know:

This is a Participation job, specifically for the target group with a work disability, as described in the Jobs Agreement Act (including Wajong, Participation Act). If you are not registered in the Target Group Register, it is not possible to apply for this position.

The department consists of approximately 10 colleagues. There is 1 office space and therefore it can be noisy and/or hectic. You must be able to handle this. There is a possibility to sit separately.

After the induction period, it is possible to work (partially) from home.

This is what you will do as a service scheduling supporter

In this position, you are responsible for the administrative support of the service scheduling process in the South region. You provide support with various administrative tasks so that the planners can focus on the planning and the schedules. And all this with a smile, because you are their rock. Due to your customer-oriented attitude and administrative skills, you are invaluable in supporting:

  • Various administrative tasks to support the service schedulers.
  • Entering data into the planning system.
  • Processing service deviations in the planning system.
  • Planning students and linking them to a mentor.
  • Answering emails and processing them as far as possible.

These are the job requirements

  • You have at least mbo-4 working and thinking level.
  • You are honest and can handle confidential matters well.
  • You have experience supporting multiple people.
  • You are accurate and work in a structured manner.
  • You have a collegial and flexible attitude.
  • The MS Office package holds no secrets for you, especially Excel is a must!.
  • Knowledge and experience with Sharepoint is a plus.
  • You are used to quickly seeing things through and performing analyses on them.
